AI Miami International University of Art and Design enrolls 1,342 undergrads

At AI Miami International University of Art and Design, 61 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 64 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Miami enrolled 1,384 students in fall 2018, including 1,342 in undergraduate and 42 in graduate programs, data shows. 16.2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

87 percent of undergraduates are residents of Florida, and 9 percent are residents of other states. 4 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (36 percent) and white (18 percent).
