The City of Miami's Department of Housing & Community Development is reaching out to non-profit public service agencies and HIV/AIDS service providers. They are invited to participate in Proposal Workshops scheduled for February. These workshops aim to assist organizations in submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP) through ZoomGrantsTM. The RFPs are for those seeking funds from the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
Two separate RFPs were issued on Monday, February 3, 2025. The deadline for submission has been extended to Monday, March 24, 2025, at midnight. Additionally, two more workshops will be held in March specifically addressing the CDBG/ESG RFP.
