The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in West Miami fell by $60,200 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,300 – a 15.7% decrease over the $382,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in West Miami in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,442, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
