The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Lavern Spicer, Friends to Elect Lavern Spicer for Congress, refunded $2,500 to Faye Wynelle Cochran on September 11, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Friends to Elect Lavern Spicer for Congress refunded $2,500 total since April 1.
