Atlantis University enrolls 184 undergrads

At Atlantis University, 73 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 69 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Miami enrolled 341 students in fall 2018, including 184 in undergraduate and 157 in graduate programs, data shows. 8.2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

39 percent of undergraduates are residents of Florida, and 20 percent are residents of other states. 26 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (57 percent) and Black or African American (12 percent).
