Miami Springs home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Miami Springs rose by $62,750 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,750 - a 19.9% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Miami Springs in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Miami Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,416, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
