Miami Springs home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Miami Springs fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $362,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Miami Springs in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Miami Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,416, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
