Miami (unincorporated) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $19,000 while total sales increased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 2,215 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,953 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Miami (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,152, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
