West Miami home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in West Miami rose by $168,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $468,500 - a 56.2% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Miami in January 2017.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,442, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
