West Miami home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in West Miami fell by $286,550 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,450 - a 86.8% decrease over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in West Miami in February 2017.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,442, approximately 7.9% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
