Miami home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Miami rose by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 445 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,500 - a 3.3% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 478 homes sold in Miami in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,197, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
