Doral home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Doral fell by $43,800 while total sales increased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,700 - a 14.7% decrease over the $297,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Doral in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Doral for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,572, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
