West Perrine home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in West Perrine fell by $24,050 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,450 - a 14.4% decrease over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in West Perrine in February 2017.
