West Miami home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in West Miami fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Miami in April 2017.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,442, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
