Doral home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Doral fell by $13,750 while total sales increased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $288,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Doral in August 2017.
