West Perrine home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in West Perrine fell by $82,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,500 - a 45.2% decrease over the $183,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in West Perrine in August 2017.

The median sales tax in West Perrine for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,499, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
