West Miami home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in West Miami fell by $8,700 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $388,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in West Miami in September 2017.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,442, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
