Doral home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Doral rose by $31,250 while total sales increased by 78.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,250 - a 11.2% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Doral in September 2017.
