Sweetwater home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Sweetwater rose by $45,400 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,400 - a 24.3% increase over the $187,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sweetwater in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Sweetwater for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,180, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
