Miami (unincorporated) home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 65.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 695 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,000 - a 10% increase over the $211,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 420 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in September 2017.
