West Miami home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in West Miami rose by $66,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,500 - a 25.5% increase over the $258,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in West Miami in November 2017.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,442, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
