Miami (unincorporated) home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Miami (unincorporated) fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 4.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 777 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 744 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Miami (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,152, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
