Doral home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Doral fell by $12,200 while total sales increased by 10.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,300 - a 4.6% decrease over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Doral in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Doral for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,572, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
