Miami (unincorporated) home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $35,050 while total sales increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 702 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,050 - a 17.5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 659 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Miami (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,152, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
