The South Alabama Jaguars scored a narrow 13-12 win against the Georgia Southern Eagles in NCAA Division I baseball on Sunday, April 12, with strong contributions from former SLAM! Miami athlete Robert Miranda. The game started at 1 p.m.

J. I. Clements Stadium hosted the teams for their third meeting of the season, with the series now split evenly.

Miranda went 2-for-3 at the plate, scoring two runs, posting four RBIs and stranding one runner.

Up next, the Jaguars will host the Nicholls State Colonels on Tuesday, April 14, at Eddie Stanky Field.
