Rep. María Elvira Salazar, who represents Florida’s 27th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, shared updates on social media regarding recent meetings with constituents from Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, and Pinecrest.
On September 23, 2025, Salazar posted: “I just met with my constituents from Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, and Pinecrest! Shortly after, she reiterated her message in Spanish: “¡Acabo de reunirme con los residentes de Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay y Pinecrest! Me encanta tener la oportunidad de escucharlos directamente y hablar sobre los temas que más les impactan. Sus voces guían mi trabajo todos los días en Washington y juntos, estamos construyendo un” (September 23, 2025).
Later that day, Salazar added: “I had a great meeting today with neighbors from Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, and Pinecrest! Your input shapes every decision I make. Together, we’re creating a stronger, brighter future for Miami. https://t.co/8uXhtTRsHS” (September 23, 2025).
Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, and Pinecrest are municipalities located within Miami-Dade County in South Florida. Rep. Salazar has represented this region since January 2021 following her election to Congress.
