The FDA website indicates that the citations were delivered to the company as follows:
- ‘You did not take a reasonable measure or precaution related to personnel practices.’
- ‘You did not exclude pests from your food plant to protect against contamination of food.’
- ‘You did not clean your non-food contact surface in a manner and as frequently as necessary to protect against.’
