The City of Miami Department of Solid Waste has launched a new Service Alerts System. This real-time communication platform is designed to keep residents informed and engaged with their solid waste services. The system is now operational and open for resident subscriptions.

The initiative demonstrates the Department’s commitment to providing reliable and environmentally responsible services to all City of Miami residents. Through this system, residents will receive timely notifications on collection schedules, service delays, hurricane preparedness, and other important updates.
