The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Miami rose by $15,150 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 1,858 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,150 – a 5.8% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,068 homes sold in Miami in the second quarter of 2016.
