The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Miami rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 588 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,500 – a 3.9% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 578 homes sold in Miami in July 2016.
