In order to operate within the City of Miami limits, all commercial landscapers/ residential gardeners must obtain a city landscaping permit through the Department of Solid Waste. The Department of Solid Waste is offering a FREE Landscaping Certification Course. 

When: The 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 10:00 a.m. Noon AND the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. – Noon

Where: City of Miami Department of Solid Waste
