On October 23, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted an inspection at Gourmet Kosher in Miami to assess risks related to foodborne biological hazards, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
The FDA’s final report recommended that Gourmet Kosher voluntarily implement corrective measures to improve the management of its operations.
