On December 6, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration conducted an inspection of Envoy Air in Miami related to food and cosmetics technical assistance, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

The FDA’s final report stated that Envoy Air was not required to make any corrections to its management operations.

The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.
