Miami City Manager Art Noriega announces the appointment of Mr. Andrew Frey as Director of the Department of Real Estate Asset Management (DREAM).

“I’m pleased to welcome and appoint Mr. Andrew Frey as the new Director of the Department of Real Estate Asset Management,” said City Manager Art Noriega. “His vast knowledge, experience and commitment to the City of Miami make him a value-added DREAM Director.”

In his leadership role, he will carry out the City Manager’s directives and have the responsibility for overseeing and working alongside various City departments. Mr. Frey has a bachelor ‘ s degree in Philosophy, a Juris Doctor (JD), and over 18 years of experience in managing real estate transactions and negotiating and managing property leases.

His experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President over Development at AJ Capital Partners and as a Senior Development Manager at Crescent Heights. He also served as Director of Development for Fortis Design and Build, Principal for Tecela, and Development Manager for Codina Partners.
