In observance of Veterans Day, join residents across Miami-Dade County in honoring the sacrifices of our military personnel. 

Services

County offices are closed Friday, Nov. 11.

Miami-Dade Transportation and Public Works will run a regular schedule.

Solid Waste Management will run regular trash pickup services.

Miami-Dade Public Libraries will be closed Nov. 11.

Veterans Day with the Village of Pinecrest

Everyone is invited to help thank and honor our brave veterans and Gold Star Families by participating in this year’s Veterans Day ceremony with the Village of Pinecrest. 

Veterans Day Savings with Zoo Miami

All active and veteran U.S. military personnel with the appropriate military ID will receive free admission to Zoo Miami Nov. 10-13. They can also bring up to six guests who can receive 50 percent off admission with the veteran discount.
