These are volunteer, unpaid positions; however, CITT Ambassadors are rewarded with points that can be converted to a variety of mobility services, such as transit passes, ride-share, bike rides, and more.

CITT Ambassadors are committed to helping improve transit services in Miami-Dade County. This role offers the opportunity to share regular feedback about transit experiences and participate in focus groups in exchange for rewards.
