Commission Chairwoman and District 5 Commissioner Christine King announces that all pools in District 5 will be open this year. City of Miami Parks & Recreation Department’s Summer 2023 Aquatic Programming Schedule is published. It will be fun-filled summer for the city’s kids and families.

General admission to pools for adults 18+ is $3 while youth (17 or younger), persons with disabilities and veterans enjoy free admission. Senior who are 62+ have a discounted admission of $1. To view programming times and schedules, programming fees and more, visit the City of Miami Aquatics Programs page.

“Summers in our city can be especially hot. I am glad to share that all District 5 aquatic facilities will be open and ready for the community this season,” said Chairwoman King. “Be sure to check the schedule online before heading to a pool or facility. Due to weather and other unforeseen events the schedules may change, but updates will be posted online immediately.”

Open aquatic centers this summer include: 

  • Miller J. & Nancy S. Dawkins Olympic Swimming Pool Complex (4800 NW 12 Ave.)
  • Gibson Park Pool (350 NW 13th St.)
  • Williams Park Pool (1717 NW 5 Ave.)
  • Range Park Pool (525 NW 62 St.)
